La Casa Fina was imagined, created, and founded by Seva Khalsa. After many years in the real estate business and managing retail, including buying and selling jewelry, Seva finally combined her love for homes and buying and selling with the opening of La Casa Fina . Seva has always had an intense passion for repurposing items, as she feels that most things can be reused or recycled instead of ending up in a landfill. She first realized her vision for the store after buying one small dresser and repurposing it. The piece was sanded, reworked and painted, and sold almost immediately thereafter. Realizing that there were so many unwanted treasures around, that people wanted to discard or give away for practically nothing, She knew she had finally found her niche. Why not let us repurpose, reuse and resell your things for you? So many people have items they don’t want to bother with, so we created a venue to sell them for you, where you can then receive top dollar. This one piece of furniture, that mere dresser, had Seva Khalsa hooked on the consignment industry! The rest is history… So comes La Casa Fina.
